Stock control
« on: August 04, 2007, 11:40:18 PM »
Projump need to organise there stock control better. I need new replacement springs and they are out of stock. That shouldn't really happen, someone needs to keep an eye on stock that needs replacing and get more in before it runs out. I bought stilts off you guys and should be able to get spare parts when i need them. I am now having to buy them elsewhere, I personally dont think thats acceptable.

I believe they are not ordering anything in until the high-weight-range ProJump Elites are ready.

Which yes, IMO, is very bad business sense, they are evidently going to lose customers because of it!

Hi ET and Sprog,

We apologise for the inconvenience the shortage of stock may have caused you.

Unfortunately, it is not easy to know exactly what our customers are going to want and when they are going to want it, and with such a high lead time, items being sold out is inevitable.  There has been delays in the development of the next generation, and inevitably this has also led to shortages of spare parts and stock of Pro-Jumps themselves.

I can't promise anything but if you send me an e-mail stating what you require I will have a good look round and see if I can find anything which is at least similar.

Dan
