I've been taking a Gymnastics/Parkour/Freerunning class since November, its a lot of fun and is good cross training for bocking. When I was learning to flip a lot of people were saying its way easier to learn on bocks if you can already do it on you feet. I couldn't at the time and made due, but now that i can flip on the ground, i'm flipping on my stilts more comfortably and I'm working to improve my stilt flipping technique. Here's a sampler of what I can do after 4 months of training.

Before I started this class i was very comfortable flipping on a trampoline, and can to backs on bocks. The new stuff from the class is all the tumbling on the floor, taking tricks down off the trampoline is a big step in perfecting technique and confidence building. I'm hoping to incorporate my improved technique into my bocking to take my single back flips to chained backs and get fronts and barani's
