Bike it, bock it?
« on: March 11, 2012, 10:54:59 PM »
Hi guys I'm new to this. I have not bought my jump stilits yet as I'm undecided!

I wanna get these for two reasons

1 the fun factor, I box, only weight 10st, 11st on a good day! I'm 27. I think I'd be able to
do some funky tricks on them.

Second is getting to work, it takes me 3 mins in the car! Time to get my lazy self a more
efficient way of getting there, was thinking a bike. If I can get massive strides and use
springs I'd be there in no time. Plus a bikes no fun!

Now down to all this spring stuff. How do I go about choosing this? I'm a complete novice to back filps and that but I'm well game! I don't wanna be under powered, or so over powered that I can't 'spring' them?

Also I'm in Hemel Hempstead if anyone is around these ways please get in touch

How far is the trip to work and over what terrain.

I would suggest some CZ-70's for you. Possibly 80's but I think they would be too stiff for the moment.

Stick with the bike for commuting, get some bocks for fun.  For the time a 3 min drive takes to walk/run on bocks you'd spend as much time putting them on and taking them off as actually using them.  Save them for when you have time for having some proper fun on them.

As locky said 70's sound about right.

Should be back in stock next month or we can offer a spring swap service if you are in a rush!

Egan I'm in North London so you are close to me on the train if you get some and fancy hitting the city.
