First I have loved the ones you have done so far Joe (specialy the fall one
)
A few that I feel would have helped me when I started
The big one for me was jumping up onto and /or over things like seats and walls
The fear of catching the hoof and faceplanting kept me from it for ages but recently I seem to have lost some of the fear (After the step lesson you gave me
)
Also one that may seem simple but I find myself teaching people all the time is going from a run into a jump
A lot of people when they start can run or jump but the transition is hard until you get that one foot leap
Last jumping off of something high and killing the bounce when you land
I see so many falls from people when they first try jumping down steps and don't get both feet together
Landing on one foot is the surest way to fall
