Yeah I was testing a feature out. Where it automatically creates a thread I've disabled it for now but if you guys think its a good idea I can bring it back

Yes especialy the one that took 2 attempts to put the needle thing back in my right hand after I pulled it out by accident

that bruised better than the wrist

I'm lucky/unlucky depending how you look at it scars just seem to fade on me after about 2 years

Good really with my history there would'nt be enough room left for skin if they did'nt

Wheat germ oil is meant to be great for reducing scars! Try your local body shop!

News Update

I'm back on my PJ's

The wife got back from her course so I don't have to look after the horse anymore so I went out for a bounce tonight feels good to be back on them

Just once round the block small bouncing and a run

Well I finally got the X-Rays through and I've been lying unintentionally it's 12 screws not 8 and I've been told by the doc that its a very expensive titanium plate

I put the pics in breaks and bruises for your enjoyment

I have only been blocking for about 4 weeks now. I have been able to jump quite hig, run quite fast, hop on one foot and skip.

I fell over for the first time today, and i have badly grazed my knee, hurt my right elbow, hurt my left wrist and grazed my left hand.

I had not worn any safety gear, but i am not sure if i should get knee pads. I have damaged my springs, by falling over. There is a small gash in the left spring, but not bad enough to be worried about (i hope)

Do i need to get another spring?

Hi Ben

You need wristguards as a minimum I thought I could get by without them and shattered my wrist (I was walking at the time)

Today I hopped of of a little 2ft block and got it wrong I got up straight away no damage to me

But let me give you an idea of the force in that little fall I broke the abs knee guard and scored the wristguards very deeply if I hadn't been wearing any guards I would probably have a fractured or broken kneecap (no walking for a long time) and very sore palms

Wristguards is a must, some people here have hurt themselves badly by not wearing them, not mentioning any names!!
