Hey all we had a great day despite the rain so i thought id start a topic for everyone to post their pics / vids that they got today i only got a couple off my bros camera but lookforward to seeing yours =) i no mark got a lot ok From left to right ( top pic) - Thadius kayne Maggzie me David (two from kesgrave not sure on forum names )    |

lol yeh was awesome rained as soon as we got their but we got 3 hours bocking in it stopped then sun came out then their was a few showers but yeh everyone really improved and it was great to finally meet others its gonna be a monthly occurance now =)

yeh, they're on the list of stuff to buy lol, we were extra careful. It also looked worse than it was, we didnt really go out of shelter until it stopped rainin n had dried up a bit. it was great, but my whole body aches today. even my shoulders and neck, which i really didnt expect.

Also no 1 thinks to do proper warm up stuff which 1 would do for 'traditional' workouts and sports -- i suspect a bit of stretching at start and end would help --but doubt any1 9 inc me) will remember to do any

let me know when the next meets gonna be will book it off work again need 2 weeks notice tho for time off now they changed it but well up for meetin you guys really gutted i missed out hope to hear from you soon if you do come up with a group name like the JJ's im sure me glenn and matt would be involved with it if you wanted us lol

I was an aerobic teacher and there's real reason that you need a warm up ! |
