chipped bone in my wrist! :(

so travelled all the way down to plymouth from winkleigh (about 45mins - an hour) for a stilt meet with the riser raptors... get down there, meet up with my girlfriend, get on my stilts... 10 minuites later... i jump(not even very high) lean to far back land on my bum and wrist! doesn't hurt to bad to start with, but after 30 mins it starts to REALLY hurt and i was struggeling to move it.... turns out i chipped some bone deep in my wrist! :Ctwitcy: so now in a cast  :Cno: still not gonna stop me bocking!  :Cbiggrin:  :Claugh:

yeah me and simeon have both broke our wrists from bocking takes ages to heal buddy. It gets more annoying after a while.

Add me to that list did mine halfway through an involuntary back flip  :Claugh:

Plate and twelve screws but was using it a week later (much better than casts less restrictive)

 :Cmask: About a month back I fell at the big bock meet in B'Ham with N.E.W.C and fractured my scafoid....still went bocking with the cast on tho  :Claugh:

This is why I think people need to learn to fall properly rather than just relying on wristguards.
