i can now jump 2ft two footed but lower calfs are still sore from last time we went bocking.
have no vehicle at the moment and on holiday for 2 weeks now so will be out down my way nearly everyday bocking to get over the calf muscle probs (need to build them up) to get rid of the pain.
i dont remember a flowerbed in staines, jason can you enlighten me on this one.

Yep mate it didn't have many flowers in it  :Claugh:

Clive is on about the wall in the car park that I only did once

They used to be flower beds until all the flowers died  :Cbiggrin:
