Right so now we have confirmed a date, here is the information:

The gym hall is now booked, I have set 19th November as the date at this location:

It is booked from 11am until 1pm and then we could go outside (weather permitting of course).

We have the whole hall booked, so please let everyone know.

The hall obviously isn't free so it would be cool if you could all give me a few pounds to cover the cost on the day!

I just got the facebook invite. (thanks ian) I get back in the uk before this date. So if I can sort out some way of getting there ill be there.

(If anyone from the riser raptors are driving up I'll happily put some money for petrol) Would be great to meet up with you guys again.
