        so ive bought them what now........there still in the box and ive just arrived ome......open them and do what.?

i need instruction
maybe diagrams
hints-tips
and maybe a key to open the bocking door

no i mean like adjusting them and such!

All you need to adjust is the knee brace thing whats hard about that....unless you mean those rods connecting to the foot plate, in that case i have no idea

ye thats what i mean.... so many people have told me about taping your spring and doing the knee bar and the foot rods and tire socks.....#

i need to know what to do???

Just stick the knee bar and inch below your knee. If you cant get balanced walking after 45 mins fiddle with the foot support rod. Tape the springs with hockey or electical tape. Voila.
