Hi this is Pete who's doing the John O'Groats -Lands End. Just done my fist 120 miles to Inverness now I'm heading offroad past Loch Ness to Fort William. Had some days with 20 mile an hour winds running towArds traffic on the A9 with no road verges. Went over the mile bridge on the Moray Firth and there was no path and the safety barrier only came to my knees. Intense.
Anyone get in touch if they want to join me for a bit. When I get to sheffield late July were organising a city event with the poice so anyone joining that would be great
All the best
Pete

Hi all
I've reached about 30 miles south of Ben Nevis and I'm coming crooss country over 1000m peaks down the West Highland Way. Looks like my support driver is going to pull out so I'll have to walk 3 miles, lock my stilts upo, go back to the van and then drive back to my stilts. Thats gonna mean I'll be doing 3000 miles altogether, ooops.
My latest blog on the website is www.dangerous-stiltwalkers.co.uk/section3.htm
There is also a gallery up and running.
Anyone around in Glasgow the last weekend in June as stv will be filming me if you want to join in
All the best
Pete
