dude chances are youve not doen the buckle up properly.

you need to pass the starp through the hole, then put it th eotehrr side of the divider then pll up and down to get tight.

and it becuase your new, once you bock more chances are you muscles will get stronger.

Yeah something is not right here smegy.

As for the height of the bars/cuffs then they should be just below the bottom of the knee cap. I'd say an inch lower is the MAXIMUM they should be. Ideally about 1cm from the bottom of the knee cap.

smegy.

i have mine so they JUST touch the bag of my leg when i have them bent at an 90 degree angle.

you might wanna try that, also look down the top of you bocks and check the cuff is in line and not off to one side.

was gonna try and explain but took a couple of pics instead!!
this is the bock showing how the strap is when done up

and this is the clip..the problem seem's to be the little tab's are not locking in and therefore never do up properly..i can't see any other way of treading them:(

Ohh this is hard to explain

They do up exactly the same way as a motorcycle helmet

Pass the strap through both d-rings, starting with the ring that is closest to your leg(I think). Once you have passed it through the first d-ring, continue passing the strap through the second ring.

Separate the rings with your fingers and loop the strap back in, passing it through the ring closest to your leg.

Pull the strap firmly.

If you know anyone who has a bike helmet they can show you very quickly

It's hard to see in the pic but I thought they were done up correctly.

I think most people would know this technique now because a lot of belts for jeans are double loops.

It was relevant when I said it to you cuz you'd happily have a conversation with yourself in a thread with no need for anyone else to get involved lol.

You make me laugh you crazy muppet.

Hey Naz, whats another word for evil that starts with N?
Dont answer that.

i believe a thread is a progressive thing and i just like to update when something happen's either i solve a problem that was posed, get it wrong,or do something stupid...i got the knee bar spot on now & it's much lower than i ever would have imagined!!!but had a heavy fall while practicing jumping..bruised my right forearm quite badly...back to just walking for a while :Cno:
