What it says. We got more snow coming to cardiff apparently and we already have a good foot on the ground.
So being without a sledge and refusing to pay £10 for a bit of moulded plastic, I decided to see what things I have in excess that I could use as a sledge. Projump Boxes!
Yay or Nay?

Nah It would go soggy mate Now a couple of pairs of knackered springs (not broken ones) screwed to the underneath of an old door (can be removed from house with a screwdriver ) should fit the bill nicely Or a car bonnet works well if you have a spanner handy One that worked for me is an old carry mat (camping bed) just pull the end up over your feet when yu sit on it but don't hit any rocks as they are thin and it hurts Best of all though is to whip the top off a top box (car one ) that is just the right shape Jason

body boards are quite good if you have any cheapo holiday ones knocking around also one of the best improvided sledes has to be a cam/walking survival bag (body size heavy duty bin bag) the nuts for coming down fan y big.
Other improvised options: baking tins tea trays old bath for sale boards (house for sale) there really good lilo

I thought about using springs last year but knowing how insanely stupid I am when it comes to fast things and adrenaline I also thought about how having a big crash and a snapped spring dig into my body was going to be a very very bad thing.
