Had a few 'guest' enquieries for this event. Well about 7 actually!!! I hope you all can make it and indeed any1 else is very welcome.
But I thought it best to give a few directions.
http://www.portsmouth.gov.uk/living/8204.html this is the sports centre website and gives directions to there. The car park is free and you can use it even if you are early and bounce off elsewhere ( typically car parks are about £5 for the day in pompy).
There will be an early meet outdoors starting in the Guild Hall Square from 12 onwards. To get to this, turn left out of the sports hall car park , walk 4-50 m down the road till you a big archway on your right. Go thru it and you are in the GH Sq.
The long term weather view is about what can be expected for mid November. But its OK. High winds ( so no going to the sea front
/) but most of that should be shielded from us by the tall buildings. Rain? forecast is for a vvv tiny amount ( about 1mm) but about when we are due to go into the gym. However looks like it is going to be wet all week , so watch out for puddles in the shady corners.
If people want, and the area is free, we may be able add an extra hour.
