hi, about a week ago i was running as ya do, when i caught 1 bock on the other, as you do. and well due to my strange instant reflex to turn to the side    i landed on my side grazing my elbow and thigh, not so bad, though it teaches me to always wear padding, although now i have my own pads so im good

when will I learn to use protection? bought wrist protection and knee protection, but never use them, last week, fell ... got a crack in the left thumb and a large wound on my right arm, when will I learn to use protection:)
