The plastic brick should be between the spring and the rubber that cover it ( rubber streches and why they fall out :/ ).
If you have the little green manual it goes behind ' Part 7 ' ( repair manual ). It's not show but that's where it goes !

Hello

One of my T bars fell completely out which i have managed to fit back in ok..... however when i looked at the other Stilt... the T bar at the back of it, it seems to have dropped and not falling out as the rivets seem to be stopping it fall out, is the T bar supposed to be pushed back up or left as it is? I have tryed to push it back up with a screwdriver but isnt budging. Does this mean i have to take the spring off? and if so is it easy to do?

Cheers peeps.....  gonna make some of my own i think...... tape and Glue FTW

Hey,
There are actually a few things that might be causing the probs. If spacers are not missing then this isnt the prob, but just check they are not loose.

Most people's bocks develop a click after a few hours. Check all the bolts and stuff are done up tight (but not too tight) and see if that sorts it. But I would say the most likely cause of the problem is with bushings. If they are plastic they wear pretty quick. Its not a huge problem but bocks feel nicer if they are solid so you might wanna get some new ones.

A guy called Jason on here makes his own special ones. But unless you can do that there is no real solution. Although, I do recall a thread about gluing them in.

Spud is right about checking the washers. But if that is the problem I don't think that it's wise to glue them together as they are a load bearer washer and wouldn't last.
Here's a topic about these washes.

Not quite glue, resin. But it seems if you do it right the results are good.

And just so people don't get confuzzled...

And I found the topic about the bushings/bearings Jason made.

Your instability will not be anything to do with the white spacer but if you are worried about it then please take a pic and post it up so we can see.

As for your jumping it usually just comes down to practice practice and more practice but again if you can get a video of you jumping then we should be able to offer some tips :)
