Hi again,

There is no reason I can see why you shouldn't be able to do tricks on 110s.  Vaults, split kicks, Japan air etc should all be fine as they're all just a case of getting enough height to give you time to do the trick, and then just Technique and practice.

The other guys on here may know better.  When it comes to flips, that might be a little different, but I imagine that as you are still young and probably flexible, it should still just be a case of enough height and being able to tuck sufficiantly.

Can you do flips either on the trampoline or with trampetts for gymnastics?

Graham

Hmmmmmmm........Why did I buy these again?!?!?!?

Hi,

I can do front flips on the trampoline but have not been able to try a backflip :P
I hope that will be enough, the only problem is to try and find a place to try and practice?

I was thinking of asking my school because they have enough crash mats and i will defo be needing those.

Thanks again
JM

Hey dude,

That would be amazing unfornutanly I have my exams that week and will do for the next couple of weeks  :Ccry:   I am soo sorry that the first invite I get I have to decline but it does mean once my exams are over I can dedicate myself to bocking and getting this group up and running...

Thanks again and no worries I cannot do anything but jump and run at the moment :P bit rusty
