^£&£% potholes!

So, walking along, trying to jog a bit (only had my bocks for a few days) and suddenly  :Cradar: a pothole did not show up on my Cranial Radar. My kneepads were a bit knackered and I ended up bending my knee forwards and pulling two muscles. Ouch.
