If anyone wants to watch its on Sky Sports 3 at 7.30pm tonight. I have know idea if/when they will show any bockers but we're on about 10-15mins before kickoff almost right up to the whistle and then we come on again for half time. We wont be on the pitch but just at the edge of the crowd so you should see us.

I had an awesome time, the stadium was good fun as usual. after some extremely funny break dancing antics in the car park after the game we went over to the gym in Bradford. The BBounce guys were ever helpful withthere advice and tips to everyone trying out new stuff. I finally achieved my front flip on bocks last night with a lot of encouragement by everyone and a huge effort on my part. I felt ecstatic once I had finally landed one as it seemed like I wasn't going to get there. To any one else wanting to do them all I can say is persevere  |

I was at work and the floor was slippy because at the end of the night we have to wash the floor with a hoover thing ...long story short I was putting some plates on a rack, slipped and know i have a broken thumb and finger......extremly p***** because i cant go on my pj for another 2-4 weeks  |
