not much to say, my first 2 weeks i broke my right scaphoid bone, about a month ago i fell again, now ive broke my left one , i would post pics but we all know what a cast looks like lol.

Maybe i should take up a new, easy and not so extreme hobbie like knitting... or parkour :|

from what i see your doing real well mate, this sort of thing happens when you push your limits.

“Life is not a journey to the grave with intentions of arriving safely in a pretty well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!”

Thanks for being positive about it, pushing your limits is one way to put it, the other is just to not fall over, and when you do fall over dont try to supress the fall with your hands, just take it :P

Please nobody say anything about wrist guards btw, i didnt fall forward i fell straight down and therefore they wouldv done nothing :)

same here ive never broke anything, but i seriously recommend wrist pads, when i look at the ahrdenned plastic on the pads and all the scratches on em it just makes me think, that coulda been my wrists  :Ceek:

I've broken the same bone in both my wrists too, mine from motorcycle accidents though, hehe, tiny drop at 15MPH and I break my wrist.

I come off at 110MPH and walked away, just goes to show you never can tell. I plan on buying wrist guards with my bocks off the site, I already have knee/shin and elbow/forearm armour from mountain biking, so I should be all set to push it a little and get my first fall in, as I am yet to do!

Got bocks, backfleep or broken face sometime in the future.....
