Hi Tom

You are doing fine mate. You're not really using your arms and upper body weight properly but that will come with more experience. For the time being just keep doing what you are doing.

I''ll see if I can make a video this weekend explaining properly what to do with arms and upper body etc.

At a guess,  back of PC or on side edge of LP......dunno if u use a Mac

But back to you Tom,

1st off the question 'what am I doing wrong?'  Well you are on Bocks so fundamentally you  r doing NO wrong.

Mayb the question is how can i have more fun/feel less frustrated.

1st off change ya cameraman.  Now I can be bad and go over un film on side.  But I dont think Ive rotated coverage thruout 360

1st fundamentle 'dont look down' ,heads r heavy. Looking down a/ tips u foreward so that after a few bounces u r out of control b/ if head up, that weight goes 'down', more weight on springs mean bigger bounces and straight up and down ones which r more under control  so that any tricks u then try will be easier, smoother and well better.  From that all things may flow.

Soz 4 delay  only just spotted this post
