All welcome if you wanna come along.

Gym is 1400-1600 With ( weather permitting) a warm up session from 1300 in the Guild Hall Sq and a bounce about the town and sea front after.

well if u can get to bmth u can hav a lift with moi. Otherwise the train trip may prove a bit of a pain , with a change at southampton. Tho the meet in pompy is only a few min from the train station

Rather than maps we need postcodes for the satnav as we get lost when we try to read maps

Na, cant push u over ( except onto a crash mat) its a gym meet un Im the 'responsible adult' . i actually do a health and safty speech ( no 1 takes a great deal of notice, but legally it gets me un sports centre off any hooks -we hope

Oh grate if tundraH comes dressed as me again I have that to look forward to and meeting DC (someone who is more of a Hypercondriac that I am)

And I didn't miss the A&E dig but it was called Casualty last time (or had they changed it again

) But I'll have all my records sent up if you tell me which hospital is closest

They are thinking of sticking them on a memory stik so I can carry them but they don't do a Tonka toy one yet
