broken spring
« on: August 24, 2009, 11:56:07 AM »

yeah as the title says my spring has broken . this is pros normal after a few years/months right?? well mine broke after less than 2 days of having them!! im hoping that they will be replaced for free since my spring still has the bubble wrap on it and no rip where the spring has broken.

if anyone has any advice or anything like that it would be much apreciated Smiley

Thats unlucky mate, though thats how it goes, sometimes you get a dodgey spring which does break and because its broken so soon you should be able to get a replacement

Hey there

Sorry to hear of your spring break, if you haven't got in touch with Pro-Jump yet, please send me an email to admin@projump.co.uk and we shall get that sorted for you.

I need you to send me the following information in the email:

1. A clear picture of the break
2. Your order number & date of order.
3. Your full name, address & contact number
4. On the broken spring at the bottom there will be a number written - let me know what number is written.
5. The model you ordered

Regards
naz
