im trying to do a crab on stilts like one of the lads in swe bounce dose im bendy enugh but cant figure out how he gets down into the crab ??

anyone got any sugestions

dno how,unless you like lay down,get ure hoof's on the floor and push up and bring the hoof liek nearer to you there for puyttin mre of the hoof on the floor

the czech girls were doing it in aubria - kicking into a handstand and over to the floor with one foot, then bringing the otherone over to match - hope that makes sense!
