If, a big IF, I can make it, it deffinately won't be on bocks!

My arm will be strapped to my body, completly unable to move it atall! :( Be like that for atleast a month, is gonna suck so bad!

Proper invasive surgery so it's gonna be pretty intense

Hey everyone!

Guess what?

I will be creating some animated adverts for the 'walk for life' crusaid in and around london !

Ive been getting people at work to sponsor me and my boss really liked the idea and asked me to contact the people who are organizing walk for life to see if they want some animated adverts  :Cwideeyed:

fun fun fun! :P

Ill be there

Yep were 20 last year. If you have never seen a man wearing a dress made out of flip flops ( and matching hand bag) you gotta get here. I hadnt, then 3 turned up at once!!

It may sound mad, but this is a seriously well organised avent. water is supplied beginning middle and end, the goody bag is much better than Sports mile ( Im still playing the dance CD I got 2 years ago) there is a fun warm up work out ( think aerobics on bocks ---if you cant there is a vid around somewhere). Then entertainment at the end. Poor ET the 1st year could not be convinced that it was a lookalike George Micheal and not the real thing, dispite the fact that he looked like a GM of 15-20 years ago :Ctwitcy:

Tok has mentioned dressing up. Anyone thought maybe a 'theme' for us all. Cowboy and Indians? Just need the hats or fairy wings?

Great cause, great day and a great way to see parts of London. OOO un did I forget to mention the Pimm's? We try to stop for a Pimm's brake a lil after the halfway point :Cnotworthy:

But do remember it is 10 Km and 'if' the weather is hot , it is tuff work. So if I may be so bold, keep kit to a min , no back packs suitable for a bock up Kilamanjaro ( the 1st year of this- the only Sunday I think to get and stay in the 70's, some 1 bought a fleece with um!)

Oh, and if the weather is fine and dandy, dont you think bringing water pistols along would constitute a public serice?.

Are we planning a pizza or somat after ( obviously not the one we used last year :Crealmad:). ONe near the finish would be good, then I can just bock back to Waterloo and dont need to get a tube ticket

Lastly, honestly, well for now, any1 else comming up from the southcoast and want to coordinate rail journeys?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jodie_Prenger

seems Jodie is a fat northern lass wot can sing

so that means banging all them camp standards   'i am what i am' 'walk like a man' etc etc  u get idea :CSLEEP:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sabrina_Washington

sabin was in Misteeq, but is now 'persuing a solo career'  seems she also won 'celebrity scissorhands'  so if u fancy a quick mullet ...hit her up

JJs are getting to waterloo for just after 10, so i'd say we all meet there 10.30ish? Won't be hard to spot each other tbh

There is a chance I'll not be coming after all ? If I did come :-

I'd be planing to park at c*ckfosters and take the tube in London. I believe that all day parking is just a couple of pound and even if you add the price of a return tube ticket is still worth it as it would save battling your way through London traffic.

The tube takes about 40 minuets and coupled with the short walk to the field would mean that you be at the start/end field is only an hour away.

The first tube leaves c*ckfosters at around 8am so would mean if you took that one you'd be there for about 9am.

That basically my plan on how I'd get there !

It cost £10 on the day to enter but if you have sponsorship form and have over £10 on it entry is free !
www.walkforlife.co.uk/

I don't know the plans for afterward but as long as I can get back to c*ckfosters before midnight I'm game for anything !?
I'll be driving to Peterborough then down the A1(M) should anyone need a lift !

I've tried to get here every year but something or some one has stopped me, so I hope I'll be able to make it !
