They haven't put out Febs roster at work yet, they take the mick. I've worked out I should be able to make it but can't confirm that yet. I hope to make it. How was todays meet?

Leisure Connection have not set a limit.
However I believe it will get difficult to manage and be safe above 60.
I have had verbal confirmations of about 40/45. There are a significant number of new bockers (15/20) expressing a wish to attend with some firm confirmations.
If I have to cap the numbers it will be on a first come first served basis
I will now craete the list as it stands from e mails PM`s and posts received
And finally yes one extra matters, if 20 out of 40 people bought one extra we would have a problem with capacity.

There's a cafe bar, upstairs that looks over the sports hall and a viewing balcony for spectators. Usually it ain't that busy and spectators can walk around the gym as long as they stay out of peoples way esp when people are trying tricks etc. If it is busy as it sounds it will be she may have to watch from the balcony, cafe/bar tho. |
