hey every one im new here i got bocks for crimbo yesterday and i can freely walk but atm i cant run / jump but im shure if i work hard enough i will be able to. So happy bocking every one.  :PJ1:

hi Callum, it takes time to start jumping best way is find a post hold on and start that way your back might be tender next day but that gos away the running is starting to wilk fast then jog then run theres lots of post on here to help you make sure you where knee pads hand gaurds very important theres a meet on 4th jan you might want to come along as spud says you can learn alot at gym all the best for now..

Im from manchester and where is the meet i would find it hard as im only 13 so getting there is hard and i would have to see what ym mum and dad say
