Yellowbelly club insurance
« on: October 25, 2008, 09:24:08 AM »
In discussions at the moment re Liability Insurance I hope to have some ideas on costs. At the moment we are covered by the Sport Centre Insurance on site. I am trying to get group liability insurance to include all the other stuff we do.

Just got the quote for club insurance

Will cover us both on site and away from the sports centre if we are doing bocking for the club. It will not cover us for the "business of bocking"

Yellowbelly Bockers please PM me so I can give you an idea of the cost, it is lower than individual insurance and could be considerably cheaper if we have 12/15 involved.

We have at least half that number and if we twist Sam's arm we maybe able to persuade her and her daughter after a go this time too I think, and she's said know some others. Not being sexist but wouldn't it be funny if there all girls and join our group ! We would probably have the only group with almost the same number of boys to girls  :D

I think everyone should get insurance in the same way everyone should use safety pads !?
