Becky what do you mean by 'dismantling' them - taking off the cuff bars?
She means DISMANTLING :D
Take the springs off. Take the kneebars off. Fold the lower frame up so it's flush with the footplate. They should fit then I would expect, if not then split the footplate area and upper frame as well.

It's p**s easy, it requires 7 bolts to be removed for the springs, and 4 for the kneebars. That's all. :)

or you can do the springs with only 6, but it gets a tad more fiddly, but it saves you taking off the hoof

you're both over complicating it, you can do it with just 2 bolts, just leave the mounts and hoof attached to the spring, unto the top frame mount and the joint at the top of the hoof bar. done.

I think I can make it, but if it's only for a single day it'd better be organised, otherwise I'd feel let down coming all the way down from Manchester.

Very demanding of sum1 whos not offering to help themselves, as wev all said allready you odnt need organisation for a good meet bockers bounce (bad wording) ideas off each other when bocking like jumping up and down stairs over benches etc encouraging people to do things they didnt think they would be able to do most groups will meet up for the sake of a meet without any entention of doing anythink or going any where specific just go with the flow, i agree some form of organisation is a good idea but i wouldnt say it had better be done if your not sure about coming dont bother if you dubt the quality of a meet sorry if i sound harsh just i know theres alot of people putting alot of effort into this

in regards of organisation: we have date/time, and a vague idea of where to go/what to do, i haven't done notifying the police etc, but if the numbers stack up like they currently are, then it'll be only like 50-60 bockers there, probably not the best thing to say oh there'll be about 100 of us, then not have that many

but we are trying our hardest to make this a good one, despite (personally) being a couple of hundred miles away and having other things to do aswell

Dosen't matter how many come on the day or if it rains (rained for the 1st CB)

I have been to meets with only a few people in london (only 3 once Tok, Kentlee and me) and had more fun than you could shake a stick at

And Halloween must count as one of my all time faves up there with both CB's and there were only a handfull of us and I couldn't bounce due to a trampoline accident but I will remember it for ever

It's not how many or where it's what you make of it on the day that counts sometimes less organized means more fun

To get them to Mallorca last year, and Aubria this year I took the knee bars out, took the hoof off the spring, and took the spring off - only way it would fit... its a lot of hassle though!

I still don't know if I am going. I will probably decide closer to the time.

I think CB will just be a big meet. But thats ok if thats what you are expecting I guess.

I agree with Carlos Fandango. I have no interest in the hassle and organisation of getting all the welshies to london for everyone to stand there and go "oh look, all the tourists have stopped to watch us".
CB is more than that.

Well it looks like it can be quite confusing TBH -- but really the crack is this:

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Sticky Topic: Capital Bocking 2009 info and threads

this is just the main info sticky topic (mappage curtisey of mee!)
come here if you want to know date/time/place etc

        CB 2009

This is the Main discussion thread - talk about anything CB related here!

Capital bocking - are YOU comming?

This thread has been created to get a list of people who are comming -
Post here if you know for DEF you are comming to CB

Crashin at Bexx's? CB crash chat here

This is a thread for crashing at mine for CB - if your strapped for a place
to stay, let me know here and ill give you some floor space.

anything below that is either old or locked for being pointless .....

-----------------------------------------------------

Do hope you and spud can come carl as well as the other EAs and everyone else on this forum... Im sure its gunna be a laugh no matter how good last year was ......

If everyone is going to keep going on about it "not being as good as last year" and about "Oh im not going coz its going to be s**t .. bla bla bla bla"

Talking like that will make it s**t! If we all can just get together and BE POSITIVE its gunna be just as good as last year we'll make it better each year to follow!

peace out XX
