cheers for the reply, I think a little padding would stop the knee pain, should be the new powerisers with the padded knee bit I'm getting anyway so that should help.
Had a look around the site and changed the title, seen as it was a bit wrong, like just ordered some bockers to come and bounce about my garden while I watch, lol.
Think I might head down to the beach tommorow and throw myself off the dunes see if I can do any flips.
