Jono and Adam Flipping in Cardiff

As some of you know I went down to Cardiff from Saturday to Tuesday and had a great time bocking around with the Welshies.
Adam/NoFear also came down for a couple days so Matts house has been full of bockers for the last couple of days.

Here is the video footage I got, its mainly Jono and Adam doing a variety of flips so here you go

When they've not got the stilts on, and one of the guys gets a boost, and does a backflip..?

Haha, awesome - I miss the days when I was light enough to do that, with someone managing to spring me!
