last year I think I made about £300 all by myself so I think as a group you can do much better than that. I basically insisted that everyone at work sponsor me. I sent several emails to everyone and those that hadn't sponsored me the week before I hassled like crazy until they realised it was easier to give me money.... ;D. I think putting a link on your facebook/bebo/myspace pages is a good idea. maybe you could also try getting some local press writing a story about you doing the walk....it all helps. I dont think anyone I know, didn't know I was doing the walk last year, I told anyone and everyone in the hope they might sponsor me....it worked.

Is anyone thinking of dressing up for this?

I'm planning on wearing my loverly flowery two piece all day, even on the train journey.  8)
