knee bar

hi i just got some pj's and they knee bar is just below my knee (where i think it should be "base of the cap") and when i walk i feel the presure on my knees and its pushing backwards help please :D thanks

try lowering it a little bit m8 might b a tad too high

You should be able to bend the knee without the bindings stopping you !?

no i mean when i walk the knee bar pushes my knee backwards... why knee doesnt go backwards (inwards)

i no wat u mean m8 do u wear knee pads? thts what stopped pressure going thru my knees

Bending the knee backwards is a regular one and causes a condition called Bockers Knee

Not serious but a little irritating
Once you build up the muscles it should pass also wearing something like the Pit Dirt knee pads helps as it takes some of the strain off of the knee joint

When I used the knee bars I used to adjust them a little lower so the pads located on the bar and moved the pressure points onto my shins this helped with the pressure on my knees

ryt guys u can help me out now :P since ive had my stilts my m8 has been naggin me saying tht my bar was too low and on inspection i found it was :P so i raised it to were it is ment to be acording to the book but for some reason it feels weird is it coz i ent used to it or am i just weird ;D  :angel:

                                              i carnt spel... or maybe you cant read ;)

Show us a pic so its better to judge, generally it should sit just under your knee cap however some people prefer it slightly lower (like Kiola)  ;)

thanks for the help guys it feels much better now i just lowered it :D i found it alot easyer to take my 1st steps and bounces with it like that :D

Yes it is me ..... OK couple of years back but yes ! Why else would I use it !


It must have been in the 80's as you have a serious Mullet going on  ;D

Still do ( sort of ) and that would have been about summer of 96

It must have been in the 80's as you have a serious Mullet going on  ;D
