so ive found somewhere to practise, even with a wet floor and i'm now real confident walking and jumping around, we have some video but its aint ll that good, i have a bit of me doing a nice tuck which may be watchable, most important thing learnt tonight though.....

yeah i got that stepping up trick to finally work.
i also started to try a few of the easier thai boxing kicks off...
thats a front kick
and thats a back kick
both of which are standing moves but i think the fact i can do a back kick is showing great balance.
karate people may know it as a spinning back kick.
anyway you can see im buzzing......more updates soon, oh and the wrist guards worked a treat.
