Nice one Ian just what I need
I was your third example (looking silly and getting no height) until last weekend when I finally figured out to stop flapping like a pigeon on an electric fence and start using my arms to gain height
Scared me to death when I looked down and realised the extra height I was getting  ;D

Ah good work Jason, sometimes it just clicks and you think, "That's how you do it, why didn't I do that ages ago!?"

It is a great feeling flying through the air!

Feel free aidanh

I tend to say silly things when the going gets tough (fear I guess  ;D) I think my best one to date was when a couple of mate ran over and picked me up afrer I fell of a ladder I must of hit my head as I was fairly unstable and the old gem of
"I think I'm suffering from Gravity poisoning" came out as my legs gave way again  ;D

The s*ds left me on the ground while the fell about laughing

Hi,

great vid but i have a question,

im learning how to jump at the moment and im finding it too scary to go from a full pelt run into a jump and as a result im getting only a couple inches.
i do a sort of bouncy jog before going into the jump and eventhough im trying to put the same force on each stilt i allways end up turning left!

How do you get good height when your jumping because you see people jumping very high on some videos?

How do you get good height when your jumping because you see people jumping very high on some videos?

as your muscles develop though practice, but mostly good technique and being able to jump with the spring. As you feel the spring push your up you jump with it.
