Hey all,

There's loads of posts on the forum that end up looking like a foreign language due to the lack of attention paid to what's written and the use of texting shortcuts. I know there are some of us that just can't spell (I'm totally crap at spelling!) and others that can't because of learning disabilities etc but I think if we all try a little harder, we can stop upsetting forum members and make every thread turn into a debate over bad spelling!

Although the forum has a built in spell checker it needs to be supported by the server and unfortunately ours doesn't support it. A sure way to highlight your spelling errors is to download the FIREFOX browser it's totally FREE and had loads of cool features. Those of you who prefer IE it also has an IE tab so that the pages will look exactly how they do in IE!

Yea.. I've got Firefox.. I Prefer it so much more to IE

the Built in spell checker was a real bonus when I first noticed it.

If you have Firefox you've gotta have some of the extensions such as AdBlock etc..

I didnt like it too before but its more stable that IE, plus with the integrated IE Tab you get the best of both worlds.

I was brought up before mobiles were commonplace, so yes, I like to use as much English as I can remember! I hate reading text style writing, and even when typing quickly, there is such a thing as checking a post before actually posting it!

I will try my best not use short hand even though it has become second nature, i may even add the odd bit of punctuation in.

Speaking of spelling I had to take my mother shopping yesterday so could not go out and bock.
It rained here tonight and so I could not go out bocking.

LOL at aidan !

Firefox is not crap it processes the HTML better than IE i can't remember the ins and outs but it was something to do with W3 validation.
It's more stable and you can make money through adwords from it

But i use internet explorer.
I only use firefox if im checking my website compatibility and how it renders in different browsers (www.freeonlinelaughs.com is my website if your interested)
