Just to let everyone know we might be doing something a LOT more appealing than the party, but I appologise to everyone for the delay, its really annoying me as I HATE everyhting being arranged last minute but BBC still havent got back to me, dispite apparently needing my details 'ASAP' so they can contact me. Oh the annoyance of it all... Everything else is progressing nicely. Contacting Westminster Council and police today... And finalising the event PLI cover. I have just ordered our buckets too! and the company has done us a wonderful have price deal because of the charity event! YEY!

P.S. Knee healing nicely so all being well I should finally be back on my Bocks by the Friday

P.P.S. Nice to see more and more people coming, even though I only have cover for 30 of us lol. Looks liek there 'could' be 40 of us!!! Or maybe even 50!!!

Just a thought  ;)

As a note guys, this IS going to be a yearly event now, and next year we will indeed all have FREE T-shirts, and there will probably be a banner and flags made up. But no record attempt :p. This is going to be the first and only time we will be doing the record as its a organisers nightmare! But next year, we have ironed out all issues and problems. Not that these slight problems will effect anyone this year, they are merely issues I have had which have made my life difficult. Serves me right for leaving only 5 weeks to organise!!!

By the way, we are not going to be able to have police this year but never mind!

Ok, guys, theres good news and theres bad news.

Good News, we have tickets to the Fundraisers Party,

Bad News, we only have 6.

Now I am facing a real dilemma here. Do I say no one goes, or do I work out who goes. Help. I dont want to be the one to pick and choose who does and doesnt get it. But it does seem a to big a chance to totally pass up.

I think I might have reached a conclusion.

On the day, we all make a confidential vote on three people, at least one being a marshall (this is because of the handling of the money)

Marshalls are Sx Nutta, Big Bad Bounce Boy and myself. And no, I am not automatically giving myself a ticket as that isnt fair :p. The count will be final and the decider. We will do this during our lunch break. And should add a real excitment factor to the proceedings. What does everyone think?

Ummm...

Few more choices for you

1. To hell with it and no one goes - I think a big missed opportunity.

2. You, Tom, BBBB, then the next three who showed interest first - this would be fair as you guys deserve it after all the hard work you put in plus there was a lot of negativity to begin with and the guys who showed interest first showed real interest in the event.

3. You, Tom, BBBB and the first three who paid into the fund again because they committed

4. Whoever wants to go to the party, to pop their name in a bucket and then just pick out 5 random names.

I personally think you deserve to go to the Party forgot about being fair :D

Anyone who'd like a place draws a card ACE high. If too many get high cards they draw them again simple and fair.
No ones should be upset if they don't get a ticket that's not why their there ?

You know I'd loved to have gone, but if I'd didn't but had the same chance as those did go then I could live with it ( jealous as but ... ? ).
