if anyone wants to actually find out any simple tricks heres about 3 u cna try 1. is called a Star jump which of corse u all know how to do but its alot more fun on pro jumps/bock's 2. is while ur jumpng kick your fett to the left or right then quickly put them bak to the floor this is preety easy and a naturally do it when i jump preety fun and easy to do just have to get some good height 3. if u have flexible legs you could try and do a mid air splits you shouldnt do this unles u can jump very high i recomend practising doing star jumps to be honest and remmeber DO NOT do anything without safety gear on you can seriuosly hurt yourself!!!!!

There are many tricks you can do and each has many variants with springs or grabs added too it.
Split kicks Spring Grabs Star Jump
These are probably the 3 most common and the first people learn.

like I said, its all down to experience, physical control and mental control.
There is no manual where you can follow 5 easy instructions and be able to jump down a flight of steps or flip over a car. This sport simply doesnt work like that. On the plus side, EVERY little new thing you learn gives a real great feeling and is one of the best senses of achievement I have ever felt, no matter if its jumping up a curb, jumping down some steps or landing your first flip (just look at my youtube video of when i landed my first flip. I spent 3 mins running around screaming lol)

easy enough? No.
The weight of the stilts adds a unique weirdness to it and its not something you can fix by doing flips on the tramp with weights strapped to your ankles.
As long as you are very comfortable at flipping on a tramp and just as comfortable jumping pretty high on bocks then there is no reason to not try flipping on bocks but you need a crash mat to do it on first/.
Things that can go wrong:
People frequently jump much further forward when flipping on bocks, almost like a dive forward rather than a jump up.
The rotation is slowed down drastically and you really need to concentrate on your hips and knees a lot more than on a tramp.
YOU NEED A MAT TO TRY IT ON FIRST. Trust me.

lol well i recently got mine and already learn some things. 1. wet grass is slippy! 2. wet grass = mud, not good! 3. jumping down hill makes it seem like your jumping higher just starting to do some tricks now.

RE: Flips
No way if you can you do them on a tramp you can on bocks. I've been trampolining for around 7 years, and can do back front and barani's confidently. But when I try them on bocks they are alot harder, you come down alot faster from your jump and your a different shape, and you can't tuck up as much.
