When purchasing anything, one of the most common questions asked is if there is a warranty on the product, this article aims to answer that in detail and what to do if you need to claim under your warranty. Due to the nature of Pro-Jump Stilts they carry a limited warranty and need TLC for you to get the most out of them.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON PRO-JUMP STILTS?

Yes Pro-Jump Jumping Stilts are covered by a limited warranty

WHAT DOES LIMITED WARRANTY MEAN?

It is a warranty with certain conditions and limitations on the parts covered, type of damage covered, and/or time period for which the agreement is good.

SO WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

The actual FRAME of your Pro-Jump's is covered by a 6 months warranty.
The SPRINGS of your Pro-Jump's are covered for 3 months.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Any damage caused by natural wear and tear, as well as damage caused due to improper or extreme use or unauthorised repairs will cause the guarantee to be void.

If your Pro-Jump's are used for anything other than recreational purposes they are not covered such as being used for work purposes / shows / extreme use

If your Pro-Jump's are hired out they will not be covered by the warranty

Any fault caused by deliberate or accidental damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, storage or use will not be covered by the warranty.

Wear and tear parts such as bearings / bushings, rubber soles, bindings, knee bar padding etc

WHAT IF I BUY THEM, USE THEM AND REALISE THAT THEY ARE NOT FOR ME?

Due to the nature of the product, as soon as the product is used, straight away it depreciates in value and we cannot resell this package again at the full price as they would be classed as a used product. Due to this we can not accept returns on Pro-Jump's once they have been used unless there is a manufacturer defect with them and they are still in the warranty period.

WHEN IS THIS WARRANTY APPLICABLE?

Our warranty only applies if

1) You are sold this product by an authorised Pro-Jump Dealer and you are the original purchaser. You must put your warranty claim through the dealer who it was brought from.

2) If the product is used for your own recreational use

3) If the product have not been brought for reselling.

HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM UNDER THE WARRANTY?

At our own discretion, we will repair or replace all or part of your product if your warranty claim is successful. You can make a claim under warranty in two different ways:

1) Contact us via email on admin@projump.co.uk
You must include the following:
>>>> Your order number and method of ordering
>>>> The email address the order was placed under, name it was ordered under and address
>>>> Date of order
>>>> The full details of the fault
>>>> Clear pictures of the problem

The above method is the best way as it will give us a chance to evaluate the problem in a timely manner and means that we may require no further action on your part to rectify the problem.

2) Fill out the returns form that is found at the bottom of your invoice. If you no longer have this you can download one by clicking here
Please include the following:
>>>> Ensure the returns form is filled out in detail
>>>> Ensure the product you are returning is packaged properly and a trackable service is used. If it costs more that £15 for you to post back please call us and we may be able to offer a cheaper pick up service.
>>>> Ensure you include a copy of your invoice / receipt
>>>> Ensure you include all your details

This way of claiming often costs you more money and may cause an extra delay but would mean if we need your stilts back for any reason then we would already have them here, however in all cases emailing us first it the best method.
