This is the case for anyone who has just bought some and I remember when I first got mine I really didn't know what I was doing and would have found it a lot easier to start bouncing around if I had someone to show me what to do! So this is my attempt at doing so, as always feedback appreciated. I have already been told that some of the text moves too fast so when watching it might be worth just pausing each time something comes up to read. This way you can read it in your own time and take in and understand each point I make. Great vid, I think you may have just nailed my problem with jumping - I think I'm bending my knees like you would if you were jumping without the springs (well, it is natural instinct after all lol)
