Title: calf cuffs

Got my new calf cuffs had em for 2 weeks now and i was wondering if it mattered how high you have them or is it just a personal thing? they seem ok.
Just went out on my bocks took one jump and totaly pulled some muscles in my abs! oowwccchhh

My rule of thumb with cuffs is simple

Get them as high as you can without them interfering with you bending your leg

Based on this I have them so the back top is just under the crease in the back of my knee

It then fits without affecting me if I kneel down on them and sit on the back of the springs

ahh . . . ok i think i might have them to low then mate. Got quite a big gap between my calf and the back part of the bock, if you know what i mean. Will give it a go and let ya know how it feels.
