Don't take small steps when walking. Its easier to keep balance when taking bigger steps. Its a bit like walking around standing on your heels (without stilts). Let someone help you the first 2 minutes and you'll be fine. And stop typing capitals for each word.

If you're falling after 50 seconds then something isnt right. Usually if you can walk 4-5 steps on your own then you will be fine and learn quite quickly.

Find a wall or rail you can use as an aid to walk ALONGSIDE. Use it to stop and keep your balance until your brain figures everything out.
Keep slow. Dont allow your walking to speed up. You control the strides not the strides controlling you!

And post a video!
I miss first timers videos.
