Title: calf cuff height

Hey , ive just got my my first set of  pro jump +'s n i was just wondering whats the rite height to set my calf cuffs on my leg

I think it says in the manual. But anyhoos...I think its about 4 inches below your knee. Use that number as a guide and try it. Then move the cuffs up or down into a position you are happiest with.

But dont do what I did and not do them up correctly and end up with no stilt on one foot in the air :P its not fun :D especially when showing off to oldies ;)

I found an easy way to set mine up

Loosen the brackets and put one stilt on then do the cuff up loosely and bend your knee

Push the cuff down until it dosen't hurt the back of your knee and then tighten the bracket enough to stop the bars sliding

You can then push the bars left and right to ballance them but they will stay at the right height

Remove that bock and repeat with the other one
