Hi Everyone,
The IBz are proud to be hosting a new year Mega Gym!
Burn off those xmas calories with a bounce in our facilities.

The January sale price of £3 for 2 hours! (Damn those January sales are never as good as you think!)
So we're calling all regulars and newcomers alike. If you're getting Bocks for xmas, you're more than welcome to come along and learn in a safe environment (crash mats), and get tips from the more experienced jumpers!

ok having got new bocks for my birthday... and having handed down my old ones i shall be bringing my younger brother along to the meet...
hope to get him bocking well by the end of it.

I may be there, 2 factors . . . . bocks still broken. . . .. . and i now officially have shin splints . . . . so bocking may not be a clever idea! lol! although, i could just be a camera bod! lol

Should be able to make this! As to whether I can bock or not is a different matter, I'm still very much broken! (altho I prob will, just wont be able to help myself!)

haha yeah Spud is pretty much right! Separated shoulder, essentialy i disconected both my collar bone and shoulder blade from my shoulder! Tendons the lot... which sucks!
Had to buy an automatic car just so i can get around, and havent been bocking or anything for like 3 months now!

Wow sound nasty mate hope it mends soon but tendons take ages as I'm finding out
A couple of people down the stables that should know recon the reason I still can't stand on my toes is tendon damage luckily I can still bock allbeit to a reduced rate but they recon a year before it's fully better

the train station for gillingham is just down the road from the gym

just did a check on trains for this, and it's cheaper than getting to bournemouth XD
so i'm definately in, if anyone from the london area wants to meet up at a certain station on the way etc jsut give me a shout
...maybe i'll get a little closer to landing flips, just maybe...

Yes I'm sure it will be awesome looks like 14 people coming so far (unless my counting is off :rolleyes: ) Hopefully I will have started jumping around by that time I'm walking around unaided comfortably at the moment after two days of having them :D

well i like to start things pretyt early in the day, so if anyone can meet me by the station at say umm, 12, maybe 2 so we don'tknacker ourselves completely then i'm up for a bit of a pre-bounce

oh and i forgot to ask, could someone who knows the area, or osmeone who's also coming on the train pm me their number(s) pretty please, looks kinda simple to find, but i always manage to get losts however hard it seems

can i say that we meet up about 1-2ish and have a good bounce (or what us IBz's do best)

O.o not doing archery because of weather, it's so much more fun in the freezing cold and pouring rain...especialyl the part where you have to go find the arrows that missed XD

Im not too fussed, but my dad and step-mum are, plus its a field shoot, lots of climbing up and down banks, not clever in the wet!
Plus shooting longbows, it doesnt do them any good to get wet, wooden arrows warp and bent! you wind up shooting around corners! lol! :banghead:

Due to unforseen circumstances (a Table Tennis competition...) It's become necessary to change location. Please note the changes to the opening post if you are attending.
The nearest train stations will now be Gravesend or Higham. If anyone is coming by train and needs a lift to the centre, please post and I'm sure there will be a friendly bocker willing to oblige.

Also, seeing as this is my home town I am more than able to PM my mobile number and give people bus numbers. I am also able to meet people at the bus stop for when they arrive and show them the way to the station.
We will also go over some IBz bits and bobs with everyone at the gym meet.
