well theres been much b***hing done of late due to my injury and me being unsure if i can actually do anything at cb.
Yesterday i took the stilts out and tried to find out if a can bock at all yet or if it was gonna cause me to wave my arms like a loon and damage it more.
to get to the point i can bock, my shoulder was aching like it hasnt for a week or so afterwards but i figure a couple of ibuprofen and that wont bother me at all.
so although i doubt ill be doing many flips at cb, i will at some point be on my stilts having a bounce around.
