Hi Guys and Galls I know this is short notice but I was'nt sure about times till now

The Hanworth Banned Bockers are hoping to come to your gym meet tomorrow.
We will be arriving in the area a couple of hours earlier around 5 to 5-30pm and thought we would go to the sea front at Southend first (unless anyone can suggest a better spot near the gym)

So if any of you would like to join us either just turn up at the sea front or post an alternative here and whereever the majority decide we will go

Please post a postcode so we can find it  :haha:

have a feeling toddy and the IB wont come up at that short notice to be honest....

Fantastic meet at the Seafront (a little short) and Clive and I had a great time at the Gym

So thanks all you Guys an Galls for making us feel so welcome (even if someone (to remain unnamed) was using me for target practice with that whistle ball thing  :biggrin:)

well the ball thing is now broken >:( and i still have not found my glasses,
so if anyone picked up my oakley sunglasses can you please say as i am worrying that i will have to get another pair 8)
