You seem to just be throwing yourself down because you're so eager to start the rotation. You need to block, reach the peak of your jump, then tuck and rotate... then landing is a bonus!  Train safe dude. |

| Jason Posts:5287 | March 09, 2008, 11:24:02 PM Thanks all I am gonna work on the ground flips for a couple of months and once I can land them I will have another go at the bock flips I had got over like the first one on the vid a few times before the vid was taken I think I was tired for that last one 3/4s of a flip is OK but 1/2 of one hurts  Jason  |
| Joe Legg Posts:383 | March 09, 2008, 09:41:37 PM yeah it will just click oneday and you will see they are easy. just keep at it  hint:- if the running just dosnt work try just jumping 3-5 times then flipping, helps to get the hight and don't launch you forward. thats how i landed my first one |
