April 14, 2012, 02:32:13 PM I am using a Skyrunner 70-90 kg. But I am now weighing 92 kg. I bought a Skyrunner 90 -110 kg. I think I will improve the jumps now. Suggestions are welcome.
April 14, 2012, 02:54:08 PMGreat bouncing! I think that when you leave the floor you need to bend your legs to get more bounce, I would also say take your tyre socks off they take some bounce out of the spring in my experience tyre socks don't really help

DONT bend your knees up, infact the best bocking technique is to keep your legs quite straight, maybe bent a little bit but definitely dont bring your knees up.
Your technique looks fine to me. What is it you are trying to improve on?
